O ne of the most prestigious office spaces in Leeds has just undergone the first phase of a stunning £250,000 refurbishment making it now an even more desirable work space.

The new look offices at The Tannery, Kirkstall Road run by Bracken Workspace Plus will see the installation of electric car charging points, improved bicycle storage as well as the transformation of the reception area, the stairs and the hallways plus the introduction of a stylish new dining area and the creation of larger communal areas.

The four-floor former factory, built in 1876 and acquired by Bracken Workspace Plus in 2016, totals 24,106sq.ft. of office space for tenants of which 1,190sq.ft. remains available in units ranging from 393sq.ft. to 555sq.ft.

Bracken Workspace Plus, a sister company of Chartford Homes, also has flexible office centres at Albion Court, Albion Place, Leeds, and Calls Wharf, The Calls, Leeds.

The three centres offer a total of 58,000sq.ft. of offices, six meeting rooms and have over 60 tenants. The centres offer flexibility, so businesses can expand and contract if necessary. A few clients are on traditional lettings, while virtual offices are also available on a monthly basis.
