LEEDS CHRISTMAS MARKET
24 November – 22nd December
Follow the Christmas Market trail around the city to find streets and squares adorned with festive decorations, twinkling lights amongst the Bavarian style, traditional, wooden cozy market stalls. Leeds is going bigger and better and alongside stalls and bars, this year’s market will feature a skating rink, themed attractions, Christmas shows and pantos.
HARROGATE CHRISTMAS FAYRE
1st – 17th December
Harrogate’s famous Christmas market returns to town with plenty of festive shopping opportunities from eclectic local traders to traditional European Christmas stalls. Sample mouth-watering delicacies before buying a plethora of unique gift ideas and wander the streets while enjoying live music. There’s no better way to really get you in the mood for Christmas.
THE GREAT YORKSHIRE CHRISTMAS FAIR
30th November – 3rd December
Back again this year, the infamous indoor holiday market will showcase155 leading companies offering an array of items to delight your loved ones during the Christmas season. From exquisite festive decorations, impressive wreaths, unique culinary delights, charming gifts to decorate your home and garden accessories, there’s something for everybody. The event also includes two spacious restaurants, a cosy café, a champagne bar, and complimentary parking.
GRASSINGTON
2nd & 9th December
Visit the beating heart of the Yorkshire Dales in the bustling cobblestone market square of Grassington. Adorned with a collection of Christmas stalls and choirs and where the scent of tasty food and warm mulled wine fills the air.
SKIPTON CHRISTMAS MARKET 2023
3rd & 20th December
Although only held over two days in December, this small market town will have over 100 Christmas stalls trickling down the high street alongside a music stage in the centre. You’ll find a huge array of independent businesses, bakers and craftspeople selling unique goodies.
KNARESBOROUGH CHRISTMAS MARKET
2nd & 3rd December
Located in the heart of the historic market square, this Christmas market is filled with all our favourite things. As daylight fades, the Christmas market truly comes alive with their unique firework finale over Knaresborough’s famous viaduct.
ST NICHOLAS FAIR, YORK CHRISTMAS MARKET
16th November – 22nd December
Get into the festive mood by visiting the magical alleyways of York. Enjoy browsing the traditional Christmas market, filled with creative gifts and festive treats.
SUNNY BANK MILLS
24th – 26th November
For three days only, visit this stunning studio space with stalls from over 50 local makers and artists. There’s no better way to support locals than finding unique Christmas gifts by talented crafters selling hand made jewellery, ceramics, prints and more. While you’re there, enjoy the current exhibitions and workshops as well as homemade cakes at the Arctic Café.
MALTON CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL FOOD AND GIFT MARKET
2nd & 3rd December
Situated on the edge of the North York Moors, this little town has a big reputation for its food. If you’ve never been to their famous food festival or monthly market, why not visit Malton to enjoy their traditional Christmas market at the beginning of December.
CHRISTMAS AT THE PIECE HALL
11th November – 31st December
The unique heritage site unveils a bursting winter programme with more than 50 remarkable gigs, shows, workshops and events to celebrate the festive season. The Spiegeltent hosts a whimsical selection of festive arts and crafts workshops for families to make decorations, cards and keepsakes, some free of charge.
ILKLEY MANOR HOUSE, CHRISTMAS MAKERS FAIR
