We’ve all missed eating out and sampling our favourite food over the past year and here at beyond we can’t wait to tuck into some of the great food and drink festivals that are coming our way this summer, Here’s five of the best we’ll be heading to.

Ilkley food festival

Ilkley Food & Drink Festival returns to Ilkley in June for its biggest celebration yet.

The family-friendly weekender is a celebration of global influence and local talent. Alongside international food and drink stalls there’ll be demonstrations, live music and art.

Yorkshire Dales food and drink festival 

A food festival that has really taken off in recent years and one that showcases some of the best local talent out there. 

This year will be no exception with TV chefs The Hairy Bikers and James Martin dropping in for some cooking demonstrations.

North Leeds food festival 

The North Leeds Food Festival returns for its fifth anniversary and after having been starved of so much this past year, it’ll be a welcome return for the Rounday Park event.

With food and drink demonstrations, street cuisine from around the world, music, arts and plenty of activities for the whole family, this will be a date to remember on every food lover’s calendar.

Great Northern food and drink festival

The Great Northern Food & Drink Festival pulls up in Malton in August and is being tipped as the one to visit if you’re serious about your food.

It promises to be an exciting event of gastronomic proportions as it showcases the wonderfully delicious offerings from the North in the breathtaking setting of Scampston Hall near Malton.

YORK FOOD AND DRINK FESTIVAL

Celebrating local and regional food and drink, fans of the 10 day festival will be hungry for a spectacular return this year with hundreds of stalls and demonstrations all lined up for visitors to enjoy.
