SMOKIN’
Nice to see the new Pope is a Leeds fans after he lit his chimney to let us know he’d moved in. Given he’s from the other side of the pond, I’m expecting to see the American Leeds owners Red Bull all over this. I can’t wait to see him sitting alongside Snoop Dogg at Elland Road next season now we’re back in the promised land.
READING
Fans of Hockney are in for a treat with the release of his new book David Hockney which is published in association with the Foundation Vuitton, Paris, and takes the reader through a journey of the Bradford-born artist’s remarkable life and career. Described as Hockney’s most important book to date, it features a lifetime of his incredible work and is a must for art lovers.

LIGHTING UP
When it comes to lights we can’t get enough of Tom Dixon’s beautiful designs and one of our favourites is his melt pendant which comes in silver or gold and can be picked up at Heal’s store at Redbrick – undoubtedly one of the north’s leading destinations for furniture and interiors.
INDULGING
Big shout out to the team at Forde in Ilkley and Horsforth who continually turn out delicious dishes from their two restaurants. Headed by Masterchef star Matt Healy, the food and atmosphere never disappoint. Check out their menu of small plates or treat yourself to one of their fabulous Sunday roasts.

As Oasis-mania starts building, we thought we’d drop the boys a little nod with some of our favourite Gallagher-related goodies.
