Celebrate the Festive Season in Style at Dakota Grill
The Grill at Dakota Leeds has revealed its opulent festive menu, providing guests with a twist on classic Christmas cuisine and a selection of seasonal surprises.
R eservations are now being taken for the festive menu at The Grill at Dakota Leeds and with style and decadence firmly on the table, guests will not be disappointed.
Smooth chicken liver and truffle parfait with spiced plum chutney and toasted brioche is just one of the delicious starters, alongside baked goats’ cheese with cranberry sauce, smoked salmon blini with crème fraiche and caviar, and warming parsnip & chestnut soup served with a homemade roll.
Mains include succulent roast turkey breast with confit leg, slow cooked beef shoulder, sea trout with crab sauce and sea vegetables, or a mushroom & chestnut wellington. All the trimmings including goose fat potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables will be served alongside all entrées.
Choices on the dessert menu feature traditional Christmas pudding with brandy cream, dark chocolate & orange delice, caramel panna cotta with homemade gingerbread, and a continental cheese selection served with chutney, quince jelly and crisp breads.
Dakota is also offering an exquisite Christmas Day menu for those who want to relax and celebrate by eating out at their leisure, whilst making the most of the hotel’s signature seamless service.
