Renowned British furniture retailer, Heal’s, this year marked its 20th anniversary at the Leeds-based interiors store, Redbrick, with a showcase of their favourite and most coveted furniture pieces from the last two decades.

For the past 20 years, Heal’s Redbrick has proudly stood at the forefront of contemporary furniture design and become a key regional destination for those seeking contemporary living solutions combined with quality craftsmanship.

Originally opening its doors in 2005, Redbrick became the  heritage retailer’s first bricks and mortar store outside of London, with ranges of exclusive designs and brands all under one roof, which at the time could only be seen in the capital.

Classics such as their Vitra Eames Lounge chair and footstool, Tom Dixon Melt lighting, and Heal’s Mistral armchair and Brunel cabinet, continue to top the list of the store’s best-sellers over the last two decades.Instrumental in championing new design movements in the UK and bringing mid-century modern and Scandinavian designs to British homes, Heal’s has led the way in British design for over 200 years.

Heal’s success at Redbrick is evident in its growth — launching with their initial 5,000 sq ft ground floor space to an impressive 11,000 sq ft showroom in 2006. This significant expansion transformed the space into an impressive, experiential showroom featuring dedicated galleries that allow customers to explore and experience iconic brands such as Vitra, Ligne Roset, Knoll, and Muuto.
